Tops doubles paper Manufacturer coupons that are 99 cents and below as long as they don’t state DO NOT DOUBLE. They will double 4 of the exact same coupon per transaction; so if you use 5 of the same coupon the 5th won’t double. also Tops Policy now states only 4 like coupons per transaction
Tops does not give cash back but will give you the item free if coupons or doubled coupons exceed the price of the item (please note Tops does not accept coupons on the free items in meal deals or buy one get one sales)
