I came across this recipe for Pierogi Casserole - not only did it look delicious and easy, but it also paired quite well with the sales at Tops this week! Because of the great prices, and the bogo sale on the kielbasa, I bought enough to make this meal twice - my out of pocket was just $16.33!! That's just $8.17 per meal!
Bought:
(2) Tops frozen potato and onion pierogies @ $2
(2) Oscar Meyer Select Sausage @ $4.99, bogo (these had $1 peelies!!!)
(1) Tops cream cheese @ $1.67
(1) Tops sour cream @ $1.50
(1) Tops chicken broth carton @ $1.67
(1) Tops shredded cheddar cheese @ $2.50
(1) Green onions @ $.99
Subtotal $17.32
Used (1) $1/1 peelie found on the sausage
Paid $16.32 - for enough ingredients for two meals!!
The recipe was super easy, and was a total hit with the whole family!
