You can use wax paper or parchment paper but its pricey so I put them onto a pan and straight into the freezer for 10 minutes  then pop out and they should come up off the pan without a mess they will be hard place in fridge to store

LAST STEP eat and enjoy!!!  I like this one cause kids can help and do almost every step with you I have to say these have a GREAT crunch to them much better then oatmeal based no bakes

This recipe can be altered to fit every person in your house which is what I like about it!!!  What you need to make this work is below and really any meat will do!!  I used chicken for these but have used leftover meat of all kinds. this week at Tops 1/3-1/9 all these items are on sale very cheap CLICK HERE for scan and match ups

2 or 3 Large chicken breasts (boiled fryed or baked)
1 bag shredded cheese I prefer cheddar but any works
2 Tbsp Olive oil (can use corn or vegetable oil or even bake in oven with cooking spray)
1 pack soft tortillas

Optional (THERE IS ENDLESS ADDITIONS THAT ARE GOOD )
1/2 Cup chopped onion
1/2 Cup Tomato
1/4 Cup Hot peppers
1/2 cup celery

Instructions :

Chop chicken into 1/4 inch pieces and place in a bowl
add any optional ingrdients (my kids like it with just the meat and cheese )

Heat up 2 Tbsp olive oil in a large skillet over medium  heat

place one Tortilla into hot oil
immediately top with 1/4 cup cheese and then meat mixture followed by another 1/4 cup cheese
Place second tortilla on top

Lift up the corner of the tortilla to see if brown (usually takes about 2 min )
with Spatula flip to the other side and cook till brown

Place on plate that has paper towels on it and allow to rest 2 min

Put on plate and using pizza cutter cut into triangles (just like a pizza)

Serve with salsa or sour cream to dip them in and you are all done!!!!
