I love utilizing new stockpile ingredients we couponers come by cheap in new ways below is a video of what i am cooking up for Summer Salads using some goodies you can score many times very cheap!!!!  First off I got the Bob Evans Home Fries $2.50 at Tops thru 6/4 and used the $.75/1 Bob Evans Side printable coupon that is available today still CLICK HERE to print and that doubled and I paid $1 for the Home Fries and Pronto Pasta is $1.50 thru 6/4 I used the $.75/1 Pronto Pasta coupon to score that for free it is found in the 4/3 Redplum FULL INGREDIENT LISTS BELOW FOR BOTH SALADS

MACARONI SALAD
1 Box Pronto Pasta Elbows
1 Cup Celery diced
1 Cup Onion Diced
2 Cups Mayo
Salt to taste
Pepper to Taste
2 Cans Tuna Fish (you could also use pouches canned shrimp or chicken

POTATO SALAD
1 Bag Bob Evans Home Fries (cooked see directions below)
1 Cup Celery
1 Cup Onion
1/2 Cup Mayo
1 Cup Relish
2 Tablespoons Mustard
Pam
1/2 Stick Margarine (or butter)
Pepper to taste you wont need salt since the Home Fries have it in them
I make both at same time Cook Potatoes in the oven with half stick of margarine for 20 min stirring once at about 10 min

Cook Macaroni in boiling water for 10 min or till slightly al Dente

While those two are cooking I cut up all the celery and onion all at once for both salads and then divide it in half and add 1/2 onion and celery to potato salad bowl and 1/2 to the Macaroni bowl I also add in the tuna at this point to the macaroni salad

Your pasta will prob be done by now so next take the pasta drain it and rinse it with cold water to stop the cooking process so it doesnt get mushy but also so it doesnt absorb all your mayo then set your strainer with macaroni in it onto the pan you cooked it in so that most the water drains

While the macaroni drains pull out the potatoes you can let them cool I did not I added them right to the celery and onion that was in the bowl and stirred

To that I then added the relish mustard and mayo and stirred and about 1 teaspoon of pepper it is SOOOOO good and easy to make

Next step is to take the macaroni and add it to the bowl that has your Tuna celery and onion for that salad

Then I do not add the mayo first but add the pepper and salt right to the mix so it really coats the pasta then I add my mayo and stir and YAY 2 Summer Salads the macaroni one can go right into the fridge cause we rinsed the pasta till it was cooled but the patato one you can serve warm or do like I did and leave uncovered or loosely covered in fridge or on the counter till cooled THIS IS IMPORTANT if you cool it with a lid on the condensation will wreck the consistency

Let me know how you like these after you try them :)
