1.) You can use 4 doublers per transaction depending on the store.
2.) The $20 minimum spend is after Tops discounts and Tops coupons but BEFORE manufacturer coupons. (My store scans doublers first to make sure it all rings right.)
Below you will find two lists of items -
LIST 1: The first list is of what I call fillers. The filler list are things that you can get for free or close to free after coupon. These pair well with doublers since the total you need to hit is before your coupons - these fillers can make for a great transaction to cushion your doublers and get you to the minimum $20 spend.
LIST 2:The second list is items that are typically not in the ad match-ups, but regular price items that you can get free or cheap after coupon and doubler.
The combination of these two lists makes for an awesome amount of free or close to free transactions - to help you get totals like I have in the past on doubler week.
