You can use 4 doublers per transaction depending on the store.  The 20 dollar minimum spend is after Tops discounts but BEFORE manufacturer coupons.  My store scans doublers first to make sure it all rings right.    After looking at matches make sure you click the fillers and freebies list.  The combination of these two lists makes for an awesome amount of free or close to free transactions to help you get totals like I have in the past on doubler week
